Greetings from High Country Baptist Church, and welcome to 2012!
For those of you who attend our Knowing God seminars (Sunday mornings at 9:30 in the cafeteria), we are continuing with our study of those basic practices in the Christian life through which we walk with God. These are often called “spiritual disciplines.” We hope you will be encouraged to draw nearer to Christ through learning about these practices which have been meaningful and beneficial for believers for 2000 years. The seminar scheduled for Sunday, February 19, will be on the spiritual discipline of “Prayer.”
Also, we’ll continue our study in the Gospel of John in our Sunday services, which begin Sunday mornings at 10:30 in the main auditorium.
